I have an issue

- itandsupport@theshoregroup.co.uk - for software, user, phone or office issues
- support@wessexit.com - for laptops, RDS or account issues
I have a new user
New accounts can take up to a week to provision. Where hardware - like a laptop or phone - has also been requested, we require a minimum of two weeks notice.
The IT Team are responsible for creating and managing users. You can submit a new users request to itandsupport@theshoregroup.co.uk with the following info:
- Users full name - please ensure accurate spelling!
- If the email needs to be different than their name (e.g if you want Jakob Smith to have jake.smith@ as their email) please specify
- Start date
- Requirements - such as access to email groups, Sharepoint sites or apps
- Hardware - such as a laptop, phone or RDS.
- Department
- Manager
- Job Title
- Office - Hove, Nottingham or London. This is used for the users Signature.
- Personal Email (required so they can be sent the IT Policy)
You can optionally also provide
- Mobile Phone Number
